Content is managed entirely remotely via our free, web-based CMS platform. Simply log into your account from any internet-connected computer, upload or design your visuals/videos, and schedule or push them instantly to one or hundreds of displays across your mall.
3. Does the free CMS have any hidden fees or limitations?
Our core CMS is completely free for basic use, which includes unlimited content updates, remote device management, and scheduling. Premium features like advanced analytics, API access, or dedicated support are available via optional upgrade plans.
4. How long does the battery last, and how do I recharge it?
On a full charge, the internal battery typically powers the display for 8-12 hours under normal use (brightness adjusted for indoor retail). It recharges by plugging the included standard power adapter into any wall outlet. The unit can operate while charging.
5. What makes this signage "waterproof" and where can I use it?
With an IP65 rating, the screen enclosure is completely dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from all directions. This makes it safe for use in high-traffic mall areas, near food courts, in atrium spaces, or for temporary outdoor promotions near entrances.
