The unit has an IP65 rating, meaning the entire enclosure—including the screen, player compartment, and ports—is sealed against dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction. This protects it from rain, splashing, humidity, and dust, allowing for safe outdoor operation.

5. Can I connect to the player via Wi-Fi if the outdoor location has a weak signal?
Yes, the built-in player has dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz). For locations with weak Wi-Fi, we recommend using the Ethernet port for a more reliable wired connection. An optional 4G/LTE module is also available for areas without any local network infrastructure.

6. How do I update the content, and what media formats are supported?
Content is managed remotely via a cloud-based CMS accessed through a web browser or app. Simply upload your files, schedule playlists, and publish. The player supports all standard formats: videos (MP4, AVI), images (JPEG, PNG), PowerPoint (PPTX), PDFs, and HTML5 for interactive content.
